A Better Shopping Experience

At Sugar Rush Kakes, our aim is to make shopping with us as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we work hard to make sure our policies are fair, clear, and transparent. Placing an Ordering

To ensure that there is enough time to process your online cake order and deliver a quality product, all basic orders need to be placed 4 to 7 days in advance.

Custom Cake Ordering:  Please follow the instructions under the Custom Cake ordering tab.  

Cake Delivery:  All deliveries will incur a delivery fee based on distance. Order pick-up can be scheduled but must be picked up at the time requested. We understand that things happen, however any late pickup orders with no notification will automatically incur a late fee of $25 that must be paid upon arrival if more than 30 min late. You may pay your late fee in cash, Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle. We apologize for any inconvenience as this policy is only put in place to ensure all pickup and deliveries go smoothly.

Cancellation:

If the Client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Bakery cancels the event for any reason, the deposit shall be refunded in full to the client.

Other/Allergen Alert: Please note all of our cakes contain dairy, egg and gluten. We are not a nut-free company so there is a possible chance traces of nuts may occur. Please discuss with us any food allergens that needs to be noted for your order prior to ordering. Sugar Flowers, Figurines and many sugar decorations are very delicate, don’t touch them if possible, once the cake is delivered or picked up, all responsibility belongs to the client. Again, after delivery or pick up, all responsibility belongs to the clients.   Note:  Any cake designs based on photos may differ slightly with the icing color, shading as we may not know the exact coloring or shading used in the original design in the photo. Photos are not always accurate. Also, the final design may not look Exactly like the photo as Photos are only used as an inspiration to get an idea of what you would like. 

Return Policy:  No baked goods can be returned.  If there is an issue with any of Sugar Rush's baked products, please notify our office.  We will do what we can to accommodate you and resolve the problem.  Our customer satisfaction is our number 1 goal. 

Sugar Rush Kakes – Store Credit Policy

We’re happy to honor store credits! To keep things fair and sustainable for everyone, please note:

  1. Credit Can Be Applied Toward Orders
    Store credits may be used toward the purchase of cakes, cookies, and other bakery items.

  2. Partial Application
    Credits may be applied toward up to 75% of an order total. The remaining balance is due at the time of invoice.

  3. Large Credit Balances
    Credits over $100 may only be used at 50% per order. The rest of the balance remains available for future orders.

  4. No Cash Refunds
    Store credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

  5. Expiration
    Credits must be used within 12 months of issue date, unless otherwise stated.

  6. One Credit Per Order
    Only one credit balance may be applied per order.

Example 1:
If your order total is $100, you may apply $75 in credit and pay $25 when the invoice is issued.

Example 2 (for large balances):
If you have a $150 credit and your order total is $100, you may apply $50 in credit and pay $50 in cash. You’ll still have $100 in credit left for future orders.
